Visa for Nepal
You can obtain a visa for Nepal at Nepali embassies and consulates. You can also easily purchase a visa upon your arrival in Nepal. You’ll need two passport photos and a passport that is valid for no less than six months when you arrive in Nepal.
Costs and multiple entry visas
The cost of your visa will depend upon the length of your planned visit. In 2012 the costs were between €15 for 15 days and €100 for 100 days. Visa costs are generally higher at Nepali consulates than they are at the Nepali border (i.e. upon arrival at the airport). The amounts mentioned are variable and are based on the U.S. dollar.
In all cases you should pay for your visa in cash (U.S. dollars or euros).
